Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be made by phone or in writing. If you cancel your registration
30 days or more before the start of your retreat:
~ For weekend retreats: we will retain your non-refundable deposit of $150. If
you have
prepaid your entire weekend retreat fee, we will retain the
non-refundable $150 deposit and return the balance to you if you cancel in
advance of the 30 day deadline.
~ For one and two day retreats: we will refund your retreat fee minus a $25 charge.
If you cancel your registration less than 30 days before the start of your retreat: you
forfeit your entire retreat fee. However, this fee, minus a $150
Administrative charge
can be applied to another retreat within 1 year of the start date of
your reserved
retreat.
Dragonflye Experience Retreats reserves the right to cancel a retreat at any time – in
which case your entire payment will be refunded.
