From a very young age I wanted to experience all that life has for me. Everything from my
family
to nature to school inspired me and motivated me to ask deeper questions. These
deeper questions
led me to find out that all our happiness and success is within us, we just have to discover it and
surrender to it unconditionally and proactively. This can be easily said, but not always easily done,
we are such complicated creatures and happiness alludes us as
we chase it!
As I grew I wanted to experience even deeper love and passion and joy. First I worked with
the poor but eventually this desire led me to join a group of Carmelite monastic nuns
(of the catholic tradition). We lived in North Dakota, eating primarily what we grew ourselves,
spending hours in meditation and learning about ourselves, about Spirit and about living in
harmony with the world. You would be very surprised at what you learn about yourself
when silence, without distraction, is all you have!
I practice daily meditation, exercise, and love to dance. As well as an ordained minister.
These facilitate my service as a Reiki practitioner and spiritual director...
We are all meant to be
healers in this world, to create a place of great love and
harmony- and I am grateful to be a part of that universal calling!
